Your PTi instructor leads you through a real life sample deviation and you are responsible for reporting this incident—break into groups and properly document this deviation using a tone fitting for FDA correspondence. Participants will:

Listen carefully to the details of the case study

Create an introduction and list your investigation steps

Generate a map/fault tree analysis to support a potential root cause

List your corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Compare and contrast deviation reports with fellow participants
