Sample Scenario #1: You have been selected to be project manager for a pivotal trial of your company's most promising drug:

Sample Scenario #2: You receive a call from the Project Manager at the Sponsor and she shares the following information with you:

she never knows what is going on with the project

the monitors are not getting to the sites on schedule

three sites called to complain that the monitors show up late to scheduled visits and they do not return phone calls promptly
