PTi international adheres to these policies:
Payments:
Payment is due within 30 days of registering. If registering within 30 days of the event, payment is due immediately. Payments may be made by check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club or American Express. Please make all checks payable to the "PTi" and write the name of the delegate(s) on the face of the check, as well as our reference code for that session. If payment has not been received prior to registration the morning of the conference, a credit card hold will be required.
Cancellations/Substitutions:
If you need to make any changes or have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email at register@pti-international.com or (866) 647-0921.
Cancellations must be in writing and must be received by PTi prior to 15 business days before the start of the training course. Upon receipt of a timely cancellation notice, PTi will issue a credit voucher for the full amount of your payment, which may be applied towards registration fees at any future PTi course held within 12 months after issuance (the "Expiration Date"). All credit vouchers shall automatically expire on the Expiration Date and shall thereupon become void. Registrants are advised that no credit vouchers will be issued for cancellations received less than fifteen business days prior to start of the course, including cancellations due to weather or other causes beyond the Registrant's control. Please note that PTi will not refund your registration fee. PTi therefore recommends that registrants allow for unexpected delays in making travel plans. Substitutions are welcome at any time.
If for any reason PTi decides to cancel this conference, PTi accepts no responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrant.
Hotel Accommodations:
To arrange for overnight accomodations, please contact PTi's travel partner, The Global Executive. All hotel bookings should be made through The Global Executive's Internet booking site.
The Global Executive is PTi's travel partner and is happy to assist all attendees in finding overnight accommodations for their courses. Hotel space is limited, so make your reservation early.

Because we value your privacy, the information you provide via this web site is used only by PTi International and companies operated by IIRUSA. IIR does rent lists for the purposes of direct mail, but the lists provided by IIR will NEVER include your email address, phone, or fax number. In order to effectively provide online seminars attendees the value they desire, attendees' email addresses will be shared with the seminar's presenter and/or partner. Agents:
