About the Web Seminar: Part I
This interactive web seminar will define the action steps to standardize and support the constructive writing of SOPs within your company operating units. You will learn the basics of good technical writing skills to generate well-written SOPs that contain appropriate detail, reflect the businesses' current practices, and help in assuring compliance. Having practical approaches to generating SOPs brings consistency to the task within the organization, and specifically to the quality of operating procedures.
What you will learn:
§ Outline the typical components of SOPs and describe their functions
§ Utilize best practices for good technical writing as applicable to SOPs
§ Construct basic Standard Operating Procedures
§ Examine process of integrating SOPs with other documents
