Mock Experimental Design
A process has four factors:

Temperature (37° to 45°)
- Time (30 min. to 40 min.)
- Machine (2 possible machines A and B)
- Operator (Sally and Jason)
The response variable is yield

Design an experiment to find the settings for maximizing the yield

Discuss which factors are fixed and which are random
