Process Control Systems Scenarios

Participants will be presented with, analyze and respond to FDA observations that stem from a hypothetical recent inspection:

• Sample Scenario: After a recent inspection you receive a Warning Letter from FDA detailing cGMP deviations:
  • The Standard Operating Procedures were considered inadequate
  • There are deficiencies in documentation control
  • No assurance of complete functional testing in the system was available
  • The network program lacked adequate validation
