Exercise 4: Use Techniques Acquired in Class to Review Sample Documents for Good Documentation Practices
- Split into small groups
- Read Document #1 and record:
- Errors/Deficiencies
- How to correct the errors
- This process is repeated for Documents #2 and #3
- Allow 5 minutes for each document (15 minutes total)
