Improve Your Ability to:
- Select metrics that can be used as clinical trial performance improvement indicators
- Establish selected metrics in all operational departments, at project level and across all countries maintaining development operations
- Reduce the time spent on clinical trials and reduce errors through successful integration of tracking systems
- Develop a balanced scorecard to monitor trial performance, financial metrics, customer satisfaction, and organizational growth and performance
- Use data to identify sub-standard internal performance and industry-relative performance
- Identify critical elements of clinical trial management
